You’ll receive your blend, along with a short written reflection of what I’m noticing, why these essences have been chosen, and what you may begin to experience as you work with it over the coming weeks.

It’s simple, intentional, and deeply supportive in its own way.

At the same time, I want to be clear that this isn’t a consultation or a space for back-and-forth guidance. There’s no ongoing support included here, and it’s not designed to replace the depth of working together more closely.
